I’m a big fan of Shark Tank. I have been watching the American and Australian versions for a long time. I also watch Dragons’ Den, the British version.
Shark Tank India was a fresh introduction, one I have grown to like.
About Shark Tank India
Shark Tank India is the Indian version of the popular Shark Tank franchise. Simply put, in the show, aspiring entrepreneurs from around the country pitch their business models to a panel of investors and persuade them to invest money in their idea.
Almost 50,000 Indian entrepreneurs ranging from 12 years olds to 65 years olds submitted their proposal to pitch on Shark Tank India. Only 198 have been accepted for pitching in front of the sharks, the show’s investors.
Some of them will get funding from the sharks, some will not.
